Olive Paillasse - No other oleiferous fruit contains so many of the good monosaturated fatty acids that support the cardiovascular system. The olive is a great vitamin E carrier, which significantly strenghtens the immune system. We bake our Paillasse following a patented long-term fermentation during which we let the dough rise for over 48 hours at low temperature and using very little yeast. Rome wasn't built in a day!
