Pain Paillasse – The Swiss' favourite bread. No other bread is so crispy and unique in taste like Pain Paillasse. Confiseur Bachmann discovered the Pain Paillasse and brought the original to Central Switzerland for Lucerne gourmets. The especially for the Pain Paillasse produced flour mixture is composed of selected and first-class types of flour. After the particularly long fermentation time of 48 hours, the dough is cheerfully twisted and then carefully baked.
Vegan, lactose free.
