Demeter spelt bread - the new creation.

The regional Demeter spelt grain comes from the Stalder organic farm in Sempach 

A few weeks ago, the spelt grain was carefully ground on the stone mill at the Ferren Mill in Kleinwangen.

The result is a fine-pored, tasty bread exclusive with a nutty note made from the original spelt grain in Demeter quality ( This is created daily by our bakers in the city of Lucerne with a lot of passion, time in manual work.
