Mutschli (Crispy Roll)

Handdreihts Mutschli - a hand-rolled Mutschli.

A " Handdreihts " consists of a light wheat dough that has been left to rest for over 20 hours before processing and can only be worked by hand. This results in a crispy Mutschli that stays fresh for a long time. The " Handdreihte " are baked fresh in the shop. 

A "Handdreihts" has the following valued features:
- Each one has been turned by hand, piece by piece.
- The long resting time of the dough makes it more digestible.
- The " Handdreihte " have a very long freshness time
