This ranges from coffee and tea, through bread and fine pastries, to a varied selection of snacks and lunches, and fine Swiss chocolate. Fresh every day, simple and homemade. Whenever possible, we source from regional suppliers, because we love our home region and value local produce. Our roots

Rast Kaffee AG, Ebikon
At Rast Kaffee, a team of experienced coffee specialists works with passion and wholehearted dedication to achieve this goal. Total concentration, a keen sense of smell and constant, meticulous quality control are essential to ensure that the result meets both your and our own high standards at all times. A passion for and love of coffee are passed down from generation to generation – and the goal remains the same: the perfect coffee.
Molki Stans, Stans
Some partnerships don’t happen overnight, but develop over the course of many years. Our collaboration with Molki Stans is just such a partnership – characterised by closeness, trust and a shared passion for high-quality products. In this article, we offer an insight into where the milk for our specialities comes from and what lies behind this regional partnership.

Heinzer Metzgerei GmbH, Muotathal
A variety of meat and cold cut products come from the Heinzer butcher’s shop in Muotathal. The butcher’s shop was founded in 1920 and is now run by the third generation of the family, employing over 50 staff. They source their meat from around 80 farmers in the region, such as Roman Ulrich from Wetterschmöck in the Bisisthal valley. They guarantee Heinzer that the livestock for slaughter comes from animal-friendly, natural and monitored farming practices.

Max Felchlin AG, Ibach
Our chocolate comes from Max Felchlin AG, a long-established company based in Schwyz, which has been synonymous with the finest Swiss chocolate and uncompromising quality for over 100 years. Felchlin manufactures its products in Ibach, Schwyz.
Together with them, we have developed our own recipe for Bachmann milk chocolate, which we use to make our chocolate specialities. For our Grand Cru chocolate products, too, we source various carefully balanced couverture chocolates from Felchlin, which are based on Maracaibo cocoa.

Parmino, Alpnach
If you’re sprinkling cheese over our pasta and gnocchi, it’s this grated hard cheese from Parmino in Alpnach. The cheese is made from local milk in small-scale commercial dairies.
Biohof Stalder, Sempach
We source the spelt for our Demeter spelt bread from the Stalder organic farm in Sempach. The Stalder family grows spelt and other cereals here in harmony with nature and in accordance with the strict rules governing the Demeter label. The label stands for specialities produced using the oldest and most rigorous form of farming. Through closed-loop systems and a holistic approach to people, nature and animals, particularly sustainable food is created.

Sel des Alpes, Bex
It is known as the ‘White Gold of the Alps’: Sel des Alpes from the Bex salt mine in the canton of Vaud. The salt has been encased in rock for millions of years and is extracted using mountain water. For more than 500 years, the Bex mine has been producing its salt using green energy from the local hydroelectric power station. The result is one of the purest salts in the world.

Holderhof Produkte AG
Our organic teas and juices are produced by Holderhof Produkte AG. Christof Schenk laid the foundations for the company over twenty years ago when he planted an elderberry tree on his parents’ farm. Today, the company has three sites and, with around 100 employees, produces syrups, sweetened drinks and fruit juices in over 70 million bottles. The vision has remained the same from the very beginning to the present day: to process the company’s own high-quality, natural raw materials – preferably of organic quality – into special drinks without preservatives.

Ottiger Specialities AG, Ballwil
The family-run business was founded in 1974 and has remained based in Ballwil ever since. Ottiger proudly describes its products as ‘homemade’. They deliberately avoid using any technologies or processes that aren’t also available in the home kitchen. They place great importance on the quality of the ingredients and process a maximum of 30 kg of fruit per batch to preserve the texture of the raw ingredients. That’s why this jam tastes so good here at Bachmann.
CAG Cartonnagen AG
We have been working with CAG Cartonnagen AG for decades. Among other things, this Stans-based company manufactures cake boxes for us. CAG manages to meet our needs perfectly. Its primary objective is the continuous improvement and further development of the company, its products and services. Through its quality management system, it also ensures that the targets set are achieved in order to meet today’s customer needs. We can count on them!
