The Hüppe is a rolled-up confectionery cookie. It is filled with the finest hazelnut gianduja and belongs to the wafer family. The special feature of the cookie lies in the processing of the Hüppen mixture, as it is rolled hot after baking because the cookie only becomes firm after cooling. This elaborate and traditional production process requires a great deal of dexterity.

Bachmann-Hüppen are made from raw materials of the highest quality. We use the finest and most expensive chocolate for the filling, a pure Gianduja. It rounds off the crispy cookies and makes them melt-in-the-mouth at the same time. They are particularly popular with coffee, tea or warm chocolate, but can also be eaten on their own. Recently, they have also been offered as a lifestyle product with champagne. Hüppen are very popular as gifts and souvenirs, as they can travel and are heat-resistant.
