The handmade speciality with a noble Baileys filling, delicate génoise biscuit and gianduja is covered in Swiss chocolate. It is a true delicacy and has been one of the great Swiss specialities for years.

The importance that the water tower has always had for the city is evidenced by various legends, allegations, confusions and sagas that surround its history. The stone bulwark with its colourful tiled roof forms a picturesque contrast to the Chapel Bridge, which crosses the water almost playfully, captivating everyone. This special building was erected around 1400.
