This handmade specialty with a fine Baileys filling, delicate Génoise biscuit and gianduja is covered in Swiss chocolate. It is a real delicacy and has been one of the great Swiss specialties for years.

The importance that the water tower has always had for the city is evidenced by the various legends, claims, confusions and myths that surround its history. The stone bulwark with its colorful tiled roof forms a picturesque contrast to the Chapel Bridge, which almost playfully crosses the water and captivates everyone. This special structure was built around 1400.
