For our exclusive Grand Cru chocolates we use the nowadays hard to find fine cocoa bean "Criollo" from the producing region Sur del Lago, Maracaibo, Venezuela. Approximately 5 % of the world's harvest is the so-called "fine cocoa". The finer the quality of the cocoa bean, the fuller and more intense is its flavour. Genuineness and authenticity were the crucial factors for us. Available in five different flavours.
