A bread made with the full flavour of a rye bread with figs and walnuts.

The dough of our new bread speciality is mixed with fresh tree nuts and vitamin-rich figs. As a result, it not only offers a unique taste, but also important nutrients. Did you know that figs are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and potassium? With an additional low calorie content, the small fruit turns out to be a real superfood. Crunchy tree nuts complement the figs with healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

With these contents, our bread of the month is a real power bread and goes perfectly as a side dish with a cold platter or also with a fruity wine. Due to the exciting flavours, however, the fig-nut bread can also be enjoyed perfectly on its own. It is now available in all our shops.

Consumption recommendation Mixed rye bread (60% wheat/40% rye) with fine figs and tree nuts. Long dough rest of 16 hours. A bread that harmonises with the full taste of a rye bread and the fruitiness of the figs and the nutty taste of the walnuts.
