Doing good – a treat that goes further
Every year, 10% of the profits from the sale of Schutzengeli© are donated to the Bachmann Foundation. This support is channelled back to the countries where the Schutzengeli originate. In this way, those who enjoy these treats become little guardian angels themselves, supporting, among other things, vocational training for young people in cocoa farming in the Ivory Coast.
Sustainable enjoyment – with a sense of responsibility
At Bachmann, enjoyment also means responsibility. Thanks to our partnership with Felchlin, we can trace our cocoa right back to its source and work with partners who support fair wages and working conditions. We source our cocoa directly from cocoa farmers, ensuring that as much of the profit as possible stays where it is generated.
We also take responsibility in other areas: our production runs on 100% green electricity and, wherever possible, we use regional raw materials.
