A hearty, pleasantly bitter bread, baked following an ancient recipe from Central Switzerland mountain farmers. Due to the dough's 12 hour resting period it stays fresh and crispy for a very long time. Mountain farmers mostly eat this bread together with cheese. Taste the difference!
