With the Bachmann loyalty card, you – our loyal and valued customers – can enjoy exclusive discounts. These are deducted directly and shown on your receipt. You can find your current balance on the receipt, which is always provided to you. What’s more, the payment process is much quicker. You also get added value when you top up your card and earn loyalty points with every purchase.

Digital loyalty card

The loyalty card is also available in digital form and can be conveniently used on your smartphone. It can only be activated in our specialist shops. Please speak to our sales staff for assistance.

Important note: Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to transfer your balance or points from the physical card to the digital card.

For every purchase made using the Bachmann Card, you will receive one loyalty point for every full franc spent (excluding orders). Points are accumulated and your current balance is shown on your receipt. You can redeem your loyalty points in our specialist shops as follows:

How do I get a card?

Physical card
You can obtain the card free of charge and with no obligation from any Bachmann specialist store. If you’d like to surprise someone with the popular Bachmann card as a gift, you can also order it online. If you’d like to order the Bachmann card for your own personal use, please request the card using your details.

Digital card
Your digital customer card can only be activated in our specialist shops.

  • Ask a member of staff to create a digital customer card for you. To do so, provide your first name, surname and mobile number.
  • If you have an Android device, install the ‘Google Wallet Passes’ app from Google Play.
  • You will receive a 4-digit confirmation code via text message. Provide the code to the sales assistant.
  • You will receive a link via text message; tap on it.
  • You will be asked which ‘Wallet’ you would like to store the card in. For Apple devices, please select ‘Apple Wallet’; for Android devices, select ‘Google Wallet Passes’.
  • Your digital Bachmann customer card is now created and you can use it to pay immediately once the card has been topped up.

How do I use the card?

Physical card
Simply present your customer card at the till when making a purchase. The cost of the goods will be deducted from your card balance. If your balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid in cash. The card cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty cards or other discounted promotional offers.

Digital card
If you have an iPhone, please open the ‘Apple Wallet’ app; if you have an Android device, open the ‘Google Wallet Passes’ app.

  • Select the Bachmann loyalty card.
  • To pay, simply hold the QR code up to our pink reader next to the card payment terminal.
  • Once the QR code has been scanned, the payment is complete.

How do I top up the card?

The card can be topped up quickly and easily at any Bachmann specialist shop with a minimum amount of CHF 20. Cash withdrawals are not permitted.

How do I give the card as a present?

  • In rare cases, card payments may be temporarily unavailable.
  • Cash withdrawals are not permitted.
  • Top-up amounts start from CHF 20.
  • Cannot be combined with loyalty cards or other promotional offers.

  • The card expires 5 years after the last transaction.
