Recipe- Paillasse Cress & Zucchini



Ingredients

2/3 of our delicious Paillasse rustic
1 yellow zucchini
20-30g cress
70g Parmesan shavings
100g crème fraîche
salt & pepper
curcuma
curry powder
ground cumin
Paillasse Rustic Appetisers „Cress & Zucchini“
Cut bread in slices. Add crème fraîche into a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, curcuma, curry powder and ground cumin. Please note that cumin has an intense flavour, add with care according to personal taste. Afterwards, spread the seasoned crème fraîche onto the bread slices. Cut zucchini in slices and place two slices on each bread. Finally, place a generous amount of cress and some parmesan shavings on top. Voilà, enjoy!

Ingredients

1.5 l sparkling water
1 L cranberry Juice
1 bottle prosecco or champagne
200g pomegranate seeds
1 Pck. ice cubes
Apéritif "Early Fall"
Add 1-2 teaspoons of pomegranate seeds into each glass. Afterwards, fill glasses with sparkling water, cranberry juice, ice cubes and prosecco or champagne according to your taste.
