This is why we can, for example, make our ganache with fresh cream and butter, and keep our truffle fillings intentionally soft and creamy. The Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani gathered Italy’s most renowned chocolatiers for a series of blind tastings to compare the finest chocolates in the world for professional use. With a record-breaking result, our milk couverture named “Claire” won the gold medal among milk chocolates.

The gold medal was awarded for its irresistible, milky flavor, creamy and velvety mouthfeel, appetizing reddish-brown hue, and delicate, lingering melt. Great chocolate is our passion.
