Confiserie Bachmann is known for melt-in-the-mouth chocolate, sweet pastries, and crispy bread. Equally important for me, however, is the wide variety of fresh sandwiches. Here too, Confiserie Bachmann stands out with a unique selection. All sandwiches are freshly prepared from scratch in our in-house kitchen using regional ingredients. Every day, around 5,400 fresh sandwiches are lovingly made by hand.
Like every gourmet, I of course have my personal favorites in our sandwich selection. In today’s blog post I’ll share my sandwich highlights that you absolutely must try for yourself:
Pain Paillasse Ham
Let’s start with the classic: the Pain Paillasse Ham. Since my gourmet heart fell in love with Bachmann products, I’ve been buying this delicious sandwich regularly. Crispy Paillasse bread, fresh ham, egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce. Together these ingredients create a sandwich that not only tastes great but also keeps you satisfied for a long time. A safe choice for a tasty lunch!
Gourmet Chicken Avocado
Who doesn’t love it? Our Gourmet Chicken Avocado Sandwich. Whenever I ask someone in my circle of friends about their favorite Bachmann sandwich, Chicken Avocado is almost always mentioned. And with good reason: the tender chicken, fresh avocado, and the golden-brown baked spelt roll make this gourmet sandwich a one-of-a-kind taste experience.
Insider tip: Although you can eat this sandwich cold, I recommend having it warmed up in the shop. That way the Chicken Avocado becomes even crispier and tastier. Mmmh!
Creamcheese Vegi
The sandwich hit for all vegetarians: the Cream Cheese Veggie. Ever since I tried this specialty, I can’t get enough of it. The creamy herb cream cheese harmonizes perfectly with the crunchy carrots and fresh chives, all wrapped in a crispy baked pretzel bun. A taste experience that seduces the senses.
Crust Ham Silserli
Love at first bite. My current favorite is the Silserli with crust ham. Since it was added to the assortment last year, I regularly reach for this delicious pretzel roll filled with juicy crust ham and a super tasty sauce. Simple, yet heavenly good.
