The Lucerne Wasserturmstein is a true Lucerne specialty. It has been handcrafted in our confiserie for 16 years and is the perfect companion to a cup of coffee.

A Well-Kept Secret

The recipe for the Wasserturmsteine is known only to two people and the management team – a true secret recipe.

Every day, around 2,500 stones are handcrafted by two employees. This requires about 40 liters of cherry liqueur mixture and 50 kg of chocolate, which are transformed daily into this Lucerne specialty.

But what exactly makes these Wasserturmsteine so unique?

The handcrafted specialty is available either with fine cherry brandy filling or with Baileys. Both varieties are made with delicate almond sponge and gianduja, then coated in Swiss chocolate. A true delicacy!
