Welcome Week: A Pink Start at Confiserie Bachmann

Starting a professional career is a big step – and at Confiserie Bachmann, it is accompanied not only with warmth, but also with great attention to detail. During Welcome Week, our new apprentices were able to dive right in: into our world full of indulgence, team spirit, and exciting behind-the-scenes insights.

Right from the beginning, the apprentices were greeted with a personal welcome. In the days that followed, the program continued with a mix of company presentations, hygiene training, product training, and hands-on assignments in various departments – from sales and production to logistics and packaging.

A special highlight was the department rotation: our apprentices had the chance to get to know different areas, actively participate, and gain their first experiences in everyday working life. Whether at the checkout training, assisting in the bakery, or tackling creative content tasks – variety was guaranteed!

And because we value not only professional knowledge but also team spirit, joint activities were, of course, part of the program. An exciting detective trail through Lucerne, group tasks, and shared breaks strengthened the bond and created many wonderful first memories.
