That is why we carefully select our ingredients and raw materials, sourcing them locally whenever possible. That is why we choose only high-quality ingredients and raw materials. And that is why we place great importance on attentive, artisanal craftsmanship. Only in this way can we create daily moments of enjoyment.
Our Top Priority: Uncompromising Freshness
Our love for our products is reflected not only in the choice of raw materials but also in the preparation. All products are freshly made from scratch in our bakery or in our in-house kitchen using regional ingredients. We consistently avoid the use of preservatives and flavor enhancers.
Seasonality plays an important role both for enjoyment and for our environment — two excellent reasons to make it a priority! We design our rotating snack selection so that fruits and vegetables are always sun-ripened and freshly sourced from Switzerland or nearby European regions. With the exception of turkey breast, we use only Swiss meat and Swiss chicken.
