Chocolate cake

    200g dark chocolate
    200g butter
    200g ground almonds
    200g sugar
    1 pack vanilla sugar
    4 eggs
    1 pinch salt
    45g white flour
    10g baking powder
    produces 1 spring form 24cm / 12 pieces

    Chocolate cake

    Butter a spring form pan (24 cm diameter). Line rim and bottom with bakery release paper. Melt and mix chocolate and butter in a bowl over a water bath. Add almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix eggs and salt and stir them in. Mix flour and baking powder and add them as well. Fill the mixture into the spring form pan. Bake in a fan oven at 160°C for 48 minutes.

    Leave it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
