Paillasse Meat & Mustard

    2/3 of our delicious Paillasse dark
    ca. 100g air-dried Grisons meat (Bündnerfleisch)
    130g apple-fig mustard
    dried edible flowers

    Paillasse dark appetisers „meat & mustard“

    Cut bread in slices. Spread apple-fig mustard onto the bread slices. Place two slices of air-dried Grisons meat on top of each bread slice. Finally, sprinkle some dried flowers on top.  Voilà, enjoy!
