Cut bread in slices. Add crème fraîche into a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, curcuma, curry powder and ground cumin. Please note that cumin has an intense flavour, add with care according to personal taste. Afterwards, spread the seasoned crème fraîche onto the bread slices. Cut zucchini in slices and place two slices on each bread. Finally, place a generous amount of cress and some parmesan shavings on top. Voilà, enjoy!
