|300 g||macaroni, cooked just under al dente|
|150 g||bacon bits|
|2,5 dl||whole milk|
|30 g||Sbrinz, grated|
|a little pepper|
|50 g||cheese cubes (Emmentaler)|
After cooking, quickly cool off the macaroni with cold water and drain well. Briefly cook the bacon in a frying pan. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, cream and the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper. Add the macaroni, bacon and cheese cubes, mix well and fill everything into a suitable casserole. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with compote or applesauce.
