Triangle Appetiser Tartlets

    300 g Bachmann butter puff pastry
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    150 g dried tomatoes, in oil, drained, cut into small pieces
    150 g smoked salmon, in small chunks
    40 g onions, small, in rings
    100 g goat cheese, diced
    fleur de sel, pepper
    sprig of thyme

    Preparing Triangle Appetiser Tartlets

    Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the surface with olive oil, lengthwise, cut the pastry into three strips, then cut triangles or squares. Place the tomatoes, salmon, goat cheese and onion rings in the centre of each triangle/square, season with fleur de sel and pepper. Bake at 220 °C until golden brown, place some thyme on top, serve still warm.
