Preparing Lemon Cake (cake tin, 25-28 cm)
1. Either line the cake tin with baking paper or butter it.
2. Beat butter, sugar and salt until airy and light-coloured. Add eggs and lemon zest and continue to beat until the mixture reaches a creamy consistence. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in.
3. Fill the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
4. Put the cake tin in the preheated oven on a wire rack at bottom level. Hot air oven at 160° C, 60 minutes.
